Wildlife Habitat at Flamingo Las Vegas
The Flamingo Resort in Las Vegas boasts a wildlife habitat where you’ll find a collection of live Chilean flamingos in an authentic environment. The wildlife habitat features lush foliage that has been imported from all over the world, as well as sparkling streams and waterfalls. In addition to flamingos, the Wildlife Habitat at Flamingo Las Vegas is home to swans, turtles, koi fish, and ducks.

The Aquarium at the Silverton Hotel
The Aquarium at the Silverton Hotel is a curved acrylic tank that is home to approximately 4,000 tropical fish, sting rays, and sharks. From Thursday to Sunday, the aquarium hosts 15-minute shows performed by women dressed as mermaids. Adventurous couples can even opt to say their vows underwater at this aquarium.

Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay
Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay is the only predator-based aquarium in North America. The aquarium/exhibit contains 1.6 million gallons of sea water and is home to over 2,000 marine animals, including an array of sharks, giant rays, green sea turtles, piranha, moon jellies, sawfish, and rare golden crocodiles. Dive-certified guests at Mandalay Bay also have the opportunity to scuba dive at Shark Reef, which features a 22-foot-deep shipwreck exhibit.

The Lion Habitat at MGM Grand
The Lion Habitat is located on an 8.5-acre ranch 12 miles from the MGM Grand. The lions live in custom accommodations and are cared for by Keith Evans, a feline expert and seasoned animal trainer. The Lion Habitat was designed to educate the public about lions and safeguard their preservation for future generations.

The Mirage Lobby Aquarium
The Mirage Lobby Aquarium, one of the most technically advanced aquariums in the world, is located right behind the front desk of the Mirage. It is a 20,000-gallon saltwater aquarium that is home to a variety of exotic sea creatures, including puffer fish, tangs, sharks, and gobies. The 60+ species of coral reef animals in the Mirage Lobby Aquarium come from Australia, the Red Sea, the Marshall Islands, the Sea of Cortez, Hawaii, Tonga, the Caribbean, and Fiji. In order to preserve living reefs in the ocean, no live reef is used in the aquarium.

The Atlantis Aquarium
The Atlantis Aquarium at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace contains 50,000 gallons of salt water and approximately 500 tropical fish. Stop by the aquarium at 3:15pm or 7:15pm to watch an aquarist dive in and feed all of the hungry fish. Visitors can also take free behind-the-scenes tours of the Atlantis Aquarium Monday through Friday to learn about the aquarium’s inner workings or educational tours to explore marine science through hands-on activities.

At Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage, you can get up close and personal with panthers, leopards, white tigers, white lions, and Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. The Dolphin Habitat also offers a Trainer for a Day program, allowing visitors to become dolphin trainers for a day.
