HTML Internship

Part-Time HTML Internship available for students and young professionals who want to gain work experience and potential job references in computer programming and internet marketing fields. This internship is part-time over winter break with the possibility of continued work after.

Required:

  • HTML skills, Word, Excel
  • Familiarity with Drupal a plus
  • Quick learner who can work in a team setting and under pressure
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Open to various duties that may arise.

Who we are: A great business start-up in need of a serious intern who is looking for invaluable experience in online marketing.

This internship is paid and part-time through the winter break at $11/hour. We offer a schedule between 9-6 that will work for you.

Travel Blogger

This is a blogging opportunity for an EXPERIENCED travel blogger to write for a US-BASED travel deals website.

You will have significant creative freedom to pick and chose your topics (within pre-arranged topic areas), which might include:

* Travel deal Reviews

* How to

* Problem / Solution

* Top X Lists

    This is a perfect opportunity for someone experienced in the travel industry with good writing ability, or for a professional writer with an interest in travel, etc.

    The ideal candidate should be competent in writing, blogging, and social promotions (Twitter/Facebook/Digg/ SU/ Reddit). You must be able to write in an SEO-aware manner, and should be very active in several forums within the travel community.



    Requirements:

    1. You must not send a boilerplate response.

    2. Please include links to your three favorite travel blogs (they need not be yours or blogs that you write for, but do explain why they are your favorites).

    3. Also include links you three posts you personally wrote that you think show off your skills.

    4. Tell me the 3 people that any travel addict must absolutely follow on Twitter.

    5. You must be a native English speaker / writer (or be able to convince me by being better than most native English speakers).

    6. You will require basic photoshop skills (we have template images that go at the top of each blog post and all you’ll need to do is layer a screenshot on the template and edit the caption – so pretty basic photoshop!)



    Rates:

    Freelance: “per post” basis with a suggested rate of $20 per 500 word post (finalized based on your experience).

    Full Time: Salary plus benefits commensurate with experience

    Output:

    Freelance: 3 posts per week

    Full time: 3 posts per day plus manage twitter/facebook account
